I will definitely chat with my med team butttt I was wondering if anyone has used acupuncture for stiffness and what your experience is. I'm 7 weeks from surgery and still pretty stiff (but it's been a week since I've been cleared for weight bearing and slightly improving each week in pt.

Edit: okayyyy I'll just be patient and do my PT🫣
