I’ve been having recurring dreams about me watching one of those YouTube essay videos or documentaries however at a certain point it slowly zooms in on a photo (usually of a family) of someone and out of the blue they slowly become uncanny. It frightens me and it also is accompanied by my body trembling. usually the dream continues but frequently has those similar moments play out. It feels like an Analog horror where one minute it’s normal but the next it turns into something sinister and frightening. I do watch analog horror from time to time, usually watching analysis videos on it so the memory of those probably contributes to the nightmarish moments I experience.
