How much can I actually improve my mechanical ability?

I started gaming a bit later in my life than I think most people my age who are gamers did, and my reaction times and click accuracy are just not great. I’ve been playing league for about two years and just got into ranked like a year ago (I’m bronze). Unfortunately, as the youths would say, I don’t have hands. I’ve been trying out ADC because it’s fun and I enjoy playing marksmen, but I just keep doing stupid stuff like clicking a minion instead of the enemy ADC (even with attack move click), or firing my skill shot the wrong direction because I lost track of the cursor while kiting, or auto-ing the wrong enemy in team fights. I’m optimistic that I can get a tiny bit better just by building mastery on a champion, but realistically if you lack mechanical skill, how much room is there to actually improve? Will I ever be able to be “good” by working hard and practicing?

Edit: to clarify why I mentioned age, it isn’t that I think I’m too old to be good at a game. It’s that I didn’t start training the skills that make you good at games until I was already an adult. I thought it might be like learning languages or sports where starting young while your brain is still developing can give you a higher skill ceiling.

Coping with anxiety

I’m in the early stages of a STEM MS as someone who has been out in the workforce for ten years, and the grade anxiety is definitely getting to me. I screwed up an assignment turn in (didn’t realize I needed to set my own timer or I wouldn’t know how much time I had left; silly me assuming the webpage would show that information!) and I’ve been agonizing about it for days. In general, I’m having a lot more anxiety than I was before I started school, as someone with ADHD, GAD, and OCD. I mean, duh. But how do you cope when you want it, you know you’re smart enough, but it’s stressful and uncertain and the stakes are high? Do you just work harder? Try to think about other things? Find solidarity with other grad students facing the same struggle?

Calculus refresher recommendation needed to help me get through engineering statistics

I'm currently taking engineering statistics, and I'm struggling really hard with the continuous probability distributions because I haven't looked at a calculus problem in 16 years and I don't really remember ANYTHING about integrals and derivatives. I don't think I have time to relearn everything in depth because of the pace of the class I'm in (like I definitely will not have time to watch hours of YouTube videos or read a whole textbook until after this class is over), so what would be most helpful is something like finding antiderivatives for dummies. I've been looking things up as I go, but the textbook I'm reading skips too many steps for me to follow along sometimes. Does anyone have any recommendations for succinct but beginner-friendly resources?

I can't get in touch with our behaviorist and my dog is out of medicine??

I have a 6-year-old neutered male lab/catahoula mix who has issues with emotional arousal and anxiety. He's been on medication under the supervision of a veterinary behaviorist since he was about 1.5 years old (and we worked really, really hard). He has been taking venlafaxine and clonidine twice a day for a couple of years now and, while I would eventually like to get him off the clonidine, things were fine.

But last week on Monday (10 days ago) the pharmacy sent a refill request to my behaviorist, who didn't respond. I have now tried to reach her through five different methods and haven't gotten any response, and my dog has been out of his venlafaxine for over a week. He's having trouble managing his feelings and I don't know what to do. Is she dead? Lying in the hospital in a coma? In jail? Who knows??

I even tried asking our regular vet to refill it because I can't reach our behaviorist, but he has never heard of venlafaxine and wouldn't do it. What do I do?? There are no other behaviorists within 250 miles of us even if I had the money for a new consultation with a new doctor, and actually our current one no longer appears on the dacvb.org website.
