Mortgage of 1850 on a 4366 net income, is that affordable?

Hi everyone, currently in the process of buying a 2 bed in London and was wondering if this is too much of a stretch. The interest rates now are high obviously.

My thinking is that if things get more stressful I can always rent room 2.

No kids, no loans, no car. No other debts/expenses beyond normal bills and service charge (1700 a year).

Lowballing flat/house offers in London?

Hi, I’m looking for a 1/2 bed primarily in the southwest area and was wondering how much you guys have negotiated for your property compared to the original price?

I know London has a flat crisis so trying to get a sense of how much I can negotiate.

Ideally I’d like to spend 320 for a 1bed and 350/360 for a 2 bed but not sure if it’s achievable.

How much under asking would you, for example, go for a 2bed (420k), or a 1 bed (375)?

Vulvodynia Support Group

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share this in case it might be helpful to someone here.

There's an online support group for people living with vulvodynia and vulvar pain. It's a small, structured group covering topics like understanding pain, anxiety, relationships, intimacy, and practical ways of coping, delivered by a psychotherapist with expertise and lived experience of vulvodynia (Dr Claudia Chisari).

The first taster session is £9, but if you'd like to come along just to see what it's like, or if cost is a barrier, there are free places too.

Hope this might be useful to someone 💜
