Just The Tip

Just The Tip

Hey folks

Found this thing today: BHBT 15. Looks like it's built on the free p2 clone body. Thought ok awesome I have a daicamping dl30 that I really like, but the awl and bottle opener don't do much for me but that wrench really does. Anyone have any idea where I could get just the wrench? I think it would let me finally perfect my modded tool for my uses but I would rather not buy a whole additional tool to mod into the pliers of many bottle openers in order to steal it's wrench though I will if I must lol. Twist my arm if you must.

Doing some learning on a Chinese Sebenza clone

I am learning Dremel engraving this month. This is one of my old Sebenza clones that's been sitting in a drawer. Still needs cleaned up a bit, some tool marks that don't lend themselves to the piece are still there but overall I'm pretty pleased with the I just wanna see what it looks like pass on the flame annodizing.

I picked up this old double bit at a vintage tool show out of the junk bucket. Got it home and cleaned it up and I'm really pleased with how it came out. It is definitely multi-piece forge welded as there is a chipped out cold joint at the bottom on one side where you can see that it didn't fuse but there's no signs of crack propagating from there so it seems as though it was just an incomplete fusion issue. There is a big pronounced round stamp edge on both sides of the head but all that is left inside the circles is ONNE on one side at the bottom of the ring so I have no idea who made it but it's a great size and tells a story with or without knowing the maker. Happy to hear guesses if anyone has one.
