I did 2 cups VWG, 1.5 cups unsweetened soy milk, 4 tbsp brown sugar. Was going for a lightly sweet high protein snack. And now I have balloons. They are now deflated.
there won't be much water on the route, so I'm bringing water bottles AND a hydration bladder that I can refill a few miles before camp. Other than that, I'm trying to go super minimal.
I built this because I got tired of recalculating everything every time I needed a new batch, works great. I typically do a mix that gives me 1g carbs per ml, and 600mg sodium/hour (heavy sweater). I put that in 150ml reusable baby bottles from Amazon that have 30ml tick marks, and take a 30ml swig every 25min.
