Managing low resources

How do you guys manage to deliver results when you barely have any resources? I'm dealing with 1 backend and 2 front end engineers, we have more "managers and leads" than engineers, and getting a ton of requests from the business team and customers, but I can barely keep up with them.

I requested more developers so many times, and every hiring cycle, they turn down so many people and for the people who reach the final stage just get rejected or end up rejecting the offer because its low. So I guess I'm stuck with this for 2 more months minimum

Switched back to Opus 4.7

I'm trying to understand what was going on with 4.8, every prompt was taking 5 minutes before it started working, and it was EXTREMELY slow in general. I had some sessions working for over 10 hours.

Now back with Opus 4.7 and things are way smoother

Just upgraded to max x20

I decided to finally upgrade my subscription to the max plan, and OMG I can’t really say I was even using Claude before!

Previously, I was using 2 pro subscriptions, Codex Plus, OpenCode, and DeepSeek APIs. With Claude, I would max out the month and only use 1M tokens due to the limits. NOW, in 2 days, I spent 21.5M tokens and haven't hit any limits AT ALL!!! Plus, Claude’s design, omg, the ability to use it freely instead of it maxing out for the entire week after one session is insane.

I LOVE IT
