What advice you will give for a person who switched to FUSA sys Engr (functional safety System engineer) from FUSA MBD (Model based Developer) in Automotive industry?

I have ISO26262 L1 certification and have handled developer/senior developer/SivMon (bridge between system/project and sw for FUSA) roles. Now I'm finally moving to system engineering (my dream work), what advice will you give?

Do you consider yourself to have expert-level knowledge of music?

I would like to know more about you if you answered yes as I am a casual listener who sometimes tweeks few things here and there but loves listening to good music (though I mostly listen to Hindi songs, so if you can suggest some English albums that I should go through then that will be highly appreciated).

For listening music on smartphone (assuming audio jack) in 2026, which kind of In-ear earphones will you prefer and at what price point?

In my personal experience cheaper wireless earphones last longer than cheaper wired ones. So I wanted to check if it was based on the price point.

Non-IT folks, how much is your in-hand salary per month with comparison to CTC and YOE?

We all know in hand salary ≠ CTC/12 and CTC is inflated with PF, basic, HRA, stocks etc. Actual in-hand is peanuts compared to CTC. So how much do you get in-hand? Additionally the working field would be great to know for guiding the new generation.

CTC ~18, YOE 8, In hand 1.03LPM, field automotive. New regime.

Current situation is pretty mid since few years and will last few more years. Hopefully will reach 20 by YOE 10.

Which is best bank account (salary) in terms of services in online and offline?

I am earning 1LPM net and I don't care about cc at all. My only point being things getting done if needed with ease. I currently have an SBI account and I told them to stop EMI they asked for a letter from my loan provider, I did just that I prove them my emi's are over. They did something and gave me proof that emi's will now not be deducted but my EMI still got deducted now it will be a hassle for my parents as my loan is with a co-operative bank.

Any bank where services are top tier even if credit card or benefits are shitty?
