How can I make an e-Book in Canva without a pre-made template?

I've been trying to make a semi-premium workout PDF guide but can't find any good templates that match anything close to my vibe. I have never made a guide with Canva before so it's kind of confusing for me.

If you've done it before, I'll appreciate you telling me how.
