I’ve been in the mattress industry for about 8 years now and I’m lucky enough to not work for “Big Mattress”, but as a manager for a franchise I’ve seen a lot of beds and a lot of situations. I’ll give you an honest response to anything I feel qualified to answer. This industry is designed to purposely confuse and wear folks down, let’s be open and real! I hope other career mattress people hop on this and give honest feedback and responses as well! I have my biases (as well as anyone else in the industry) but I have been in the business long enough to see what works and what doesn’t, and we take care of warranties in house so I get to see what breaks down and causes issues. AMA! :)
