I am currently finishing my EMT-b which should take about a month. Currently I am looking for hospital jobs like ER tech etc... I heard that phlebotomy is a skill that they teach in ER tech positions.

Should I look to get certified in phlebotomy before finishing my EMT?

If I should what phlebotomy bodies or organizations should I look into? Do you recommend any?

Is there another avenue to get experience?
