EA is fumbling this game bad.

EA is fumbling this game bad.

At first it was cool playing offline to build team, but this game is just completely becoming one big pack and trade simulator.

It’s been over a month since release and no updates on any online or arena modes.

You would have thought with mm27 coming out that they would update this by now.

Discord chat is dead.

Player stats don’t make sense.

A new Sotw card has -4 run blocking? How does anyone have negative run blocking?

Phone compatibility limited the player base plus no modes to grind besides tower, this game is gonna be dead in a few months.

FREE 4 STAR ICONIC PLAYER!

If you want a free Iconic 4 Star player....

Go to trades, click core at bottom.

The on top tab click player select.

Then click the 4 star iconic 0/2 exchange. (I clicked offensive, but still got defensive player, so don't worry about that)

When you get to add the 2 players screen. Click find.

And it should take you to the screen to claim a free 4 star iconic.

Enjoy

Official End Game Squad.

I have invested a ton of time (and some money lol) like most of you, and can say my team is done being built for the year officially.

Time to coast into next season and just enjoy the end of mm26 for what it's worth.

Fp Haul (went all out)

Field Pass Haul.

Finally Marvel TTP and it's a 6 2 LB.

I feel even though I built him already. I'm thinking of trading in Marvel LB to finish my last 6 epics for Marvel Ot and just go for Hendricks in 4th of July Promo?

Was leaning Allen or Hendricks but CMC has been amazing at HB but might as well stick with what's not broke...

Thoughts?

Ray secured

Hard decision between Ray and Luke. Luke's awareness is much higher and 2 inches taller but Ray leads in other stats and I know people like Ray cards so decided to just get Ray. Hope right decision vs Luke but prolly just apples and oranges.

(I was going to post a month ago but held off. With the new update and defense increase, this post makes even more sense now.)

I hope everyone is having a good week.

I thought I'd come on here to share some thoughts from what I've learned at trying to get better and more consistent in higher LVL leagues.

(Probably not new info for experienced players.)

++ These aren't necessary tech tools to play, but have created a better gameplay and overall experience. They have helped my game a ton. ++

- I use an iPad air. If you already have an iPad or tablet that's a start.

While tapping is cool, sometimes you might fat finger, can't make the best cuts, or just random things happen, getting a controller is a nice upgrade.

I just went for better quality and got a xbox controller on sale for $43, but any cheaper Bluetooth controller for iOS/Android also works.

You can use a controller on your phone as well even though it might look goofy.

-Now, if you want to nerd out more, you can do what I do to play LVL and Siege drives by getting a usbc to hdmi cord. Use it to plug into your tablet or phone and then plug it into a monitor and it's basically like you are playing on console. The cord I got was like $10 on amazon. (On my gaming monitor there is literally no input delay.)

  1. I am more of a play action deeper passer, but as I've played in tougher and higher leagues, throwing those plays over and over lead to low % drives especially with the new update.

I got tips from a league mate and started incorporating more short pass plays and what a difference it has made.

Plays like Texas, fb slant, and frisco have netted me easy 1st downs and some huge gains over the middle passing short. And then getting tons of yards after the catch.

This adjustment lead me to be more confident on 3 and 4s, 3rd and 7s, 4th and 2s etc

  1. If you are struggling or have a 4th down specifically, save and exit to slow yourself down and reset the defense. I’ve been told saving and exiting somewhat resets the defense but I mostly do this to think of the play I want to run and take a breath.

  2. I recommend, as some of us do before our lvl drives, to play All-Madden Arena to try plays or work on things you are struggling with and attempt to score at least 3 TDS in 3 straight matches.

It seems to be a good warm up before doing LVL drives.

  1. Just have fun. We spend so much time and money on this game that when there is really only one good competitive mode and you want your players to perform, stressing on perfection and not enjoying the game for what it is leads to more turnovers and losses.

Hope this helps some people out.
