What would be the best place to contact for help with identifying this item?

The best lead we have gotten so far is below:

“I believe you have a late colonial piece made by John Butler. Clearly unhappy with the native American treaties of the time. This is a piece of political commentary mixed with beautiful silver craftsmanship.

The Eagle was often used in early colonial America to represent coin silver, and the makers mark though slightly off struck is almost certainly John's.”

Has anyone experienced an over correction?

I am looking for any success stories of a revision to fix this. I am 13 years post op but my tow now is drifting outwards from the others, called "hallux varus".

Looking to get this fixed soon and my first consult wanted to try a mini tighrope to try to rebalance the soft tissue. I hear this can fail after a few years and am going to get a second opinion later this year.
