Why does Function make it so difficult to export results?
So far I've been really impressed by Function -- but there is one feature that is driving me crazy.
My lab results have been trickling in over the last ten days, one of which is worrying. My PCP won't action treatment until I can provide a PDF / print out with the result, my name, date of birth, and the lab draw date. But Function says they won't give you that until the full results are in -- potentially up to 4 weeks later. PCP won't accept a print out / screen grab of the Function results homepage because your name / DoB etc aren't on there.
This essentially means the results are useless until I get that PDF. It is so frustrating and feels so unnecessary --- when you go direct through Quest you get access to this kind of thing as soon as your labs come in. Has anyone found a workaround? Or do I just have to wait?
