Is This A Known Issue?

Seems like quarter of the screen flickering with lots of dots.

EDIT: Found the issue, was caused by reshade since i wanted to install “RenoDX HDR fix”. Deleted the related files and now all good. The problem is no one who installed the reshade had the same issue.
