High fiber foods on Wegovy Pill?

Hi all,

I've been on Wegovy Pill since February 2026, starting with the base dose of 1.5 mg, and now at 25 mg for a couple of months. I have lost 48 lbs. However, I've been struggling lately with finding things to eat. My ultimate goal is to have a better diet and become more physically active. Mm

When taking Wegovy, I've started to desire less processed and traditionally healthier foods. I.e, I used to be able to unhinge my jaws like a boa constrictor and swallow a dozen chicken wings whole. Now my stomach turns when I look at a chicken wing. Or anything breaded, or anything oily. Great!

So Sunday night I made overnight oats (not the brand, just my own) with steel cut oats, pea protein powder, greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon, chia seeds and top with blueberries. I had this at 830 am. I also ate an apple and a half a piece of pizza for dinner that night. By 7:30 pm, I had the worst cramping and gas I've ever felt (this is probably mild to moderate for others but I've never had GI issues). By 9 pm, the overnight oats exited my body from the North as they were originally ingested. Then the moisture came from the South as a typhoon.

Sorry that was a lot of info, but this also happens every time I eat seeds or nuts. I'm wondering if anyone else experiences this on wegovy with high fiber foods? Or maybe it's something else I haven't accounted for? This seems to be a trend where the fibrous foods don't digest and just sit in the gut til they evacuate somehow. Tyvm
