Online Support for a local circus project in Hamburg Wilhelmsburg

I am setting up a circus stage in my neighborhood and so far the events are working out well. The idea is to give to local jugglers and other circus artists opportunities to perform in front of people and for the neighborhood, which is one of the poorer places of the city, to give the possibility to enjoy circus culture for free. We ask for donations and split the hat after paying out the expenses.
Maybe in the future we will try to apply for fundings to be able to do more and better events and properly pay the artists, get some good sound and maybe an aerial rig. For this it would be great if our instagram page would be growing. Right now we are dreaming of our first 100 followers...
If you want to help us grow online we would appreciate if you consider to follow us on Instagram and like our stuff.

Rola Bola Training advice and resources

Hey guys. It's my first post here. I did start to use Rola Bola in one of my acts and juggle torches on it. The audience likes it. It works pretty easy. But now I am wondering about really learning Rola Bola and I find that there aren't many good resources.

  1. So if you know any please help me and comment the links.

  2. I would like to know how to safely practice transverse Rola Bola, it's when the role is turned 90 degrees. I am using a pull up bar right now, which works pretty good and safe but still I wonder what would be good training steps.

  3. I would also like to start stacking roles. But I personally don't know anybody who does it. How to practice this safely and what roles are you using for it. Is it possible with diy roles, like pipes? My first idea is to place the role on a little piece of wood in the size of a role. To get used to that the role really can't move too much to the sides but the drop wouldn't be too deep. I guess the easiest is to start with a two stack, but for now I anyways just have one role. Is two stack the easiest, and is it easier to have the role on something or something on the role?

  4. it looks better on a table, do you have any recommendations about what tables to use?

  5. there is probably much more to it,that I don't have in my mind right now, so feel free to share anything which is important.
