What is this bump on my betta and how can I get rid of it?

(Ignore the scrapes on his tank i honestly dont know how it got there but I wiped it off after the video lol)

Its very hard to get a good pic/video , as the lump is on the bottom side directly under his mouth, in the chest area, and he seems to have difficulties gaining the strength to swim so he stays anchored down resting on something, making it difficult to capture the lump

Few things to note:

He is breathing rapidy..so I lowered the water drastically (5 gallon tank) since he's too weak to swim to the top

He is not eating , nor swimming, only resting

Plenty of live plants, moss ball, bio rocks,

Tested and no nitrates or nitrite (aware I need to bring nitrate to 20 i just dont know how)

No ammonia

Cleaned and conditioned the water prior to lowering the water , even vaccumed the gravel pretty good

Temp has stayed at 78-80

Currently order seachem knaplex but it won't get here for another whole day, what do you experts recommend I do to save my baby? I hate to see him like this..it pains me so much

Please help me figure out what's wrong with my betta

Hello all! I am a first time Betta mom in seek of help. My baby is about 6 months

He recently has started rapidly breathing (video attached below) and isn't swimming much. If at all.

I dont know what to do, I've done everything suggested by Google like changing the tank water, testing for ammonia. But there's no ammonia and his tank is clean. He isn't hungry because he continue to do this after being fed. And barely can eat more than 1 pellet...

His environment is well, lots of natural real plants, a brand new filtration system, temp is always 76-80 , and even has one of those eco bio rocks that promise good bacteria and clean water and the food i feed him is all natural, no fillers or additives.

He now is currently hugged up against the heater, Right ontop of it to be precise , but the temp my thermometer is reading is 77, so he can't be cold , but he hasn't left that spot for 3 hours now

He also developed this off bump right underneath his mouth in the chest area..not sure if that has anything to do with what's going on

Please help! This is my first fish ever and I love him to death and want to help him
