Starting today

Well after a failed attempt at naltrexone 11 years ago, when the insomnia did me in, I'm starting again today, taking 12.5mg with breakfast along with a famotidine (I have reflux). I'm hoping that by easing in I can avoid the insomnia this time around. I've really had it with drinking, and the inevitable smoking that goes along with it for me ever other day.

PSA 3mos vs. 6mos.

I had SBRT finishing early last November, and my first PSA test at 3 mos. went from 3.98 to 2.4. I just had my six month PSA test and it went from 2.4 to 2.5. Because I’m naturally anxious, I wanted to ask for some help contextualizing this. I have my appointment on Friday, but don’t want to worry until then if it’s normal fluctuation (as Dr. ChatGPT seems to think).
