Hey everyone, This is my first time posting but I'm having a real problem with my game. I had to delete it and download it and it looked normal, but when I tried to play the next day it looked like this again. I've deleted and downloaded it again 3 times now and can't seem to get it to work right again. It keeps looking like this and I have contacted Sony (I'm on a ps5) and they said they wouldn't refund me because I have already played it. Moving forward I'm buying all my games on a physical disc. If anyone has an idea on how to fix this I would really appreciate it.
