Ginsan knife makers

Been circling Ginsan for a while — like the idea of a stainless steel that sharpens like carbon instead of needing diamond plates for life. Looking for a 210mm gyuto (180 is my floor), dark handle if possible, no real budget ceiling.

I keep coming back to Nakagawa’s Ginsan.

Who else should be on my radar for Ginsan specifically? Trying to find the person who does it best, not just whoever’s easiest to find.

Maker-first: who belongs on my list for a 180–210mm gyuto daily driver? ($500+, currently fixated on Nakagawa)

Use a nakiri, kiritsuke, and a smaller gyuto so far. Realized the 180-210mm gyuto is the shape I actually reach for every time, so I want to just buy one great one and be done.

Budget's not really a constraint, $500+ is fine.

Not big on heavy damascus, prefer a cleaner look. Leaning stainless clad so I'm not babysitting it.

I keep landing on Satoshi Nakagawa. Who else should be on my radar? Trying to pick the maker first, then find the knife.
