first time trying chubby cattle (nyc) — thoughts below:
went to chubby cattle bbq in nyc for the first time after hearing my friends rave about it, and it definitely did not disappoint!!! the wagyu was super good quality and the service was phenomenal. since it was my first time, I opted for the recommended gold tier and wowowowow there were SOOO many options to choose from. definitely feel like I got my moneys worth and will be coming back in the future. only recommendation is it did get a bit hot in the restaurant and I think more ventilation would help with that. Other than that, my experience was phenomenal
