Best core exercises to strengthen your abs against body shots ?

I’ve only got two injuries so far in sparring and there both ribs. I realize this is gonna happen but i just wanna do what I can to prevent it. I came across this video on the internet which has the four movements you wanna do with your abs
Anti extension -dead bugs
Anti rotation - pallof press
Anti laterial flexion - suit case carry
Hip flexion with neutral spine - leg raises

From being into lifting/sports for years I can agree with this but boxing is a different/new world I wanna get yall prospective
