I got the Feather Unit gramps from Gbase Manila. I hope Bandai sees that there's a lot of Gunpla fans in the Philippines and puts a permanent Gbase here 👀
Also, I thought the bag was plastic/paper, it's actually more like nylon or something like that. Kept my box safe from the rain while I was going home 😂
I've been putting off decaling my RG Char's Zaku II for weeks because I was scared of messing it up. I was telling myself it looked fine without decals (even after buying a Delpi Decal sheet lol). Finally decided to just do it and get it over with it.
I spent a day on each sub-assembly and it was surprisingly therapeutic. Each decal I put on it without messing up felt like a win. I got wins dozens of times with this little project.
Seeing it fully completed with all the little markings and a second coat of gloss applied, I can call this kit done. I was thinking of putting a final topcoat of flat matte, but honestly, I think this looks pretty good as is.
Finally took the plunge and started building an RG kit. I'm usually 70-80% done with most HGs at the 5 hour mark but I'm still at the feet for this.
I was really surprised at how much more intricate RG kits are over HG. The leg armor separating when the leg is bent blew me away!
Kinda dreading the ERGS, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.
