I've rented my whole life and I'm tired of going in blind. Every house I've moved into had something the walkthrough didn't show me — weak AC, pests, bad neighbors. The previous tenant always knew. I never had a way to find out.

I'm building an app where renters can review specific houses by address, including the running costs and stuff you can't find on Zillow, so future renters can look a place up before signing. Anonymous option included.

Would you actually check something like this before signing? Would you post about a place you lived? What's the one thing you'd want to know about a house before moving in?
