What is this….
For reference i broke out in this exact same spot maybe a month ago so i’ve had PIE (sometimes it looks like PIH?) here for a bit. I got sick and my doctor prescribed me doxycycline and right as i finished i started getting a bunch of itchy bumps but only on my left cheek. I thinkk it’s fungal acne but i’m not entirely sure. I went out and was sweating pretty bad, i also used an oil cleanser that day to double cleanse and it definitely got a lot worse after that. I just tried out nizoral yesterday but i can’t tell if it’s getting better. It looks flatter than it did before but in different lighting it looks relatively the same. These 2 pictures r taken in the exact same minute just different angles😭 i know it’s too early to tell if the nizoral is working but does anyone have any other suggestions or advice?🥹🙏
