ive been on vyvanse 30mg for a little over 2 months now and i cant tell if i need a higher dosage or im just insane so for the past few days i feel like its been wearing off earlier and quicker then usual but ive also been feeling really groggy and i cant fall asleep but im so tired and then im like anxious when im up because i know i have a zillion things to do later then i get really snacky and i feel peckish so i keep snacking on really carb dense things and thats not something i often reach for which makes me super bloated and nauseous then i feel so uncomfortable and gross

my first month was good but now im back to my old habits like shaking my legs, fidgeting, and basically bouncing off the walls

should i be thinking of upping my dosage

please dont suggest taking breaks from the meds i know it helps some but it makes me feel super bad and im not strong enough to endure that again LOL
