I know It sounds a bit over the top and i am probably wrong, however a lot You may've Heard/believe or know that reptilians feed on negative, low vibrational signals, like our negative emotions.Anger, sadness, lust, etc.

So what If, they would actually pretend to be the people we want to have intercourse with or with whom we had, and feed from our fresh ,,lust" and direct sexual energy in our dreams, due to them having technology of Astral projection and so much more, altho they themselves do not possess a direct conciusness like us.Also, they do not shapeshift, they just alter our perception, therefore, could they be able to do that at a subconcious leve also, using us like cattlel? And in a higher plane of existence?
