Hello,

YouTube decided to stop renewing my subscription for no real reason, without sending an email. At first, I thought my Turkish Apple Card had expired, but there’s still the equivalent of 22e left on it. Now, when I try to renew, it asks me for a Turkish credit card or a card number. Is my account suspended, and do I need to find a way to get my 22e back and create a new account? Or is there a way to work around this problem?
