Since some people had an issue showing off a freshly seasoned pan, here it is in action.

6 rounds in the oven at 475F for 1 hour each round.

Does anyone have experience with these buckets? I purchased them at a good deal at Sam’s Club. My only concern is the lid. Will it be able to protect the pellets from the elements? The buckets will be in a plastic storage shed in the backyard. I also live in Arizona, so it’s not wet, but we do get annual monsoons. Any help is appreciated before I buy expensive Gamma2 lids.
