Infant Care near Northside?

Expecting our first child around December so will need childcare starting around April.

Currently looking at Sprouts (Cherry St), LeafSpring (Mechanicsville), Tuckaway (Carytown), and Childtime (Mechanicsville).

Would love to hear about your experiences with day cares in the area and how much you paid.

I found this crow in my backyard and his crow buddies are concerned about him/her. It can flap its wing but not fly. I called Chicahominy and Waynesboro but they aren't taking any birds at the moment.
