Fun gifts for wildland firefighters?

Hey all! Thanks for your service. Any ideas on what to gift my wildland firefighting friends? Things that make the job easier? I’m thinking useful water bottle straps, pocket knife holders, Liquid IV bouquets, etc. IYKYK type stuff!

Grey morph reddish egret?

Hey all! I get a lot of reddish egrets where I’m from. Is it likely this guy will grow up to be all grey? So special to see either way!

SW Florida

Edit: Size was taller and bigger than a snowy egret, but not drastically different. I added another photo in the comments!
