When I buy exclusive characters yellow weapons with mile tickets they are evolved to 5 stars by default. But this way I don't know how to unlock their 4 star entry in the book. How do I do that beside purchasing the monthly pass that comes with a 4 star weapon box?

Is perhaps related to the locked area in the south of the world 12 map? Or are the missing quests and coins linked to Beth's weapon? I still didn't find her to return Predator
I don't know if it is a discord problem or it is related to my game, but I can't insert the verification code to participate in the official discord. I also waited for more than 24 hours just in case they flagged me as spam. Anyone here has some ideas about what's going on? I love the reddit community, but I would love to participate on Discord as well.
