Daytona Housing Guidance

Returning Eagles! I recently Deposited my tuition deposit and I heard the housing as already opened. My question is, when is the optimal time to apply for housing (I’m Currently looking to apply after I get back from open house on October 24th), and what does the process look like, and if there are any tips or “insiders knowledge” you can give to help me choose like a pro.

This smooth R&B song I believe a usher song?

This is from some sort of dj mix a friend of mine was playing, I know and understand that the song that has the words is “bad girl” by usher but i can’t find the synth song that was sampled In the background in this mix and it’s driving me literally insane. I’ve used Shazam and soundhound but the beat keeps throwing them off. Please help me.
