Do certain tenancy types (HMOs, short lets, single lets) feel way more time-intensive than others to you? What's the actual reason — paperwork, turnover, communication?

I have a 3 bed that I rent out to three separate tenants but I find I’m spending too much time on admin. Roughly how many hours a week do you spend on landlord admin (not including actual repairs)? Trying to get a sense of the real time cost.

Hosts with listings on multiple platforms — have you ever caught your price or availability not matching across Airbnb/Booking.com/Vrbo? How did you find out?
