Tripped over my dog

I’m 12.5 weeks post surgery for a trimal fracture. I’ve been FWB since 6 weeks. I’m driving and working full time.

However, I have severe osteoarthritis in my right knee and I thought that was somewhat impacting my walking. I was using a cane for walking at work. I’ve been in physical therapy for about a month.

My walking was getting worse and worse especially at work. My foot was swelling no matter what shoe I tried to wear.

Well, today I have been hobbling pretty badly. I came home from work around 12:40 pm to telework the rest of the day. I was changing my clothes in my bedroom and I tripped over my dog and landed on my surgical ankle. It didn’t hurt at all but the weird thing was that I was able to walk more normally. I still am doing my ankle rom exercises but my ankle feels different and I am able to walk around in my bare feet. I am wondering if this accidental trip onto my surgical ankle loosened some scar tissue. I’ve elevated it and iced it and 3 hours later I’m still walking way better than I was at 11:35 am when I left my office. Bodied are both mysterious and weird.

Found on a random tree on the Mogollon Rim Arizona

My dog and I went camping this weekend up on the Mogollon Rim which is a two hour drive from Phoenix, AZ. We were just walking on a remote trail near the campground and rim when I noticed this note fluttering in the cool breeze stuck on a branch of a Ponderosa tree. You had to be paying attention to even see it.

What is Waytt? Who is always watching? My dog wasn’t interested in the note at all so we moved on. I didn’t see anyone else in the area. A side note: it was so nice and cool up there and it was so hard to go back to that fiery furnace of hell called Phoenix.
