reliable e tron 55

My lovely e tron has now hit 79,000 miles, and honestly, it still drives like a brand new car. Smooth, quiet, comfortable, and with no actual issues. I just extended the warranty for another two years and did a full inspection on the car. The only thing it needs is a wheel alignment, plus new winter tires soon. The summer tires are also starting to get worn, but they still have a little life left in them.

So now I’m curious what you guys think. Is 79,000 miles actually a lot for an EV? Because this car genuinely does not feel worn out at all. There are no weird sounds, no clunks, no warning signs, nothing. Everything feels solid.

And honestly, even if something major happens, I’m pretty covered. If the motor dies or something expensive breaks, I have both warranty and insurance that cover it. They already replaced the battery and rear motor on my old e tron 50 without any arguments.

That’s why I’m starting to think maybe I should stop worrying and just enjoy the car for what it is. My dad’s Tesla Model S has already done 105,000 kilometers, and besides an early battery repair, it’s been fine ever since.

So what do you guys think? Should I just drive this thing until it actually gives me a reason not to?
