Today I saw a petite woman walking up Essex on the corner of canal with three kids yelling at two boys who are about 8-10 and she was holding the hand of a 3-4 year old. I have seen her twice pushing a stroller in east broadway subway taking the kids to school. All three instances I’ve seen her yelling: screaming cursing at the children for something like how they were walking out of line or today something about the kid crossing the street.
It breaks my heart the children are head down and fearful. I feel so sorry for them. Does anyone know them. The kids look well groomed and well dressed.
