Solar shrimp farm shed project

Ok guys hopefully this one will be entertaining for you -

I am sketching up a summer project of raising freshwater prawns in my shed. I will be using either a 300 or 500 gallon tank, and after an aerator, water pump, heater, and even a window sized AC unit to control the shed temp (after insulating, of course) I am looking at a peak of around 1500 watts. At minimum, the system will pull around 300 watts.

I have 35 amps to work with out of my subpanel already installed in the shed. Would this Jackery HomePower 3000 system with 2x 200w panels be sufficient to supplement my power needs? My initial thoughts are add one more 200w panel at minimum. I am a commercial electrician but I have no experience with solar. My thoughts are: plug all my equipment in to this system and set the panels out on the roof obviously, but also plug my AC from the shed panel into it so it can draw from it when the solar is not enough or the battery drops at night. I still have to do a little more research into this product and see how capable it is of "switching".

Should I shoot for a real DIY system or go with an AIO system like this one? All tips and advice welcome. Thank you!

Freshwater prawn 300 gal tank setup

I am looking to setup a 300 gallon freshwater prawn mini farm in my shed as a summer project. I think I have an aerator picked out but I am having trouble finding the exact specs for a water pump/filtration system. All the resources I am finding are inconsistent or don't show enough details for me to build something out.

Can anyone provide good resources/info for a freshwater prawn setup? again, it will be a 300 gal tank.

thanks
