Does receiving extenuating circumstances for an exam mean an automatic pass - I had a technical error and a medical issue during SFMA but I was unable to attain a doctors note until today after I was seen by local GP. I failed SFMA - I got 43% could I argue this with the proof of a doctor’s cert or am I wasting my time?

Hi all, just a quick question for you all. Where are people getting their tax notes for Cap 2. I have notes for the other 3 subjects from Christie Kearney but not sure where to look for tax. I have ones from 2022 but I’m terrified that I might miss something that needs to be updated in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated
