ME Pro with 8tb nvme?

The specs for the ME Pro says it can only support NVMEs up to 4TB? Why no 8TB? Can it be upgraded with software or something to support 8TB NVME drives? Thanks.

Does the app stop working for you when you can't reach a customer that requires a PIN?

It's not often that I get an order that says PIN required and I can't get ahold of the customer, but when it does, of course the app has to take a sh1t.

Has anyone else noticed that the option to report when this happens does not work? (Upper right question mark, follow options to customer not available) Restarting the app doesn't fix the problem either. I should have taken screenshots when I had it available. And when it happened to me today, suddenly the option to call support (question mark, other resources) doesn't do anything either! It's like they want to make our life harder or something.

Why does the app let you select "Arrived at Store" when you're nowhere near it?

I hate hate hate that the app never consistently places buttons in the same place, so when I'm in a rush and I think I'm hitting the Directions button I accidentally hit the Arrived at Store button even though I could be half a mile away and now I can't get directions.

Burger King doesn't even start their orders until we arrive and tries to make us wait up to 10 minutes so they can serve everyone else first

A manager just confirmed to me they deliberately make us wait up to 10 minutes on purpose. As a rule they don't even start the order until we arrive so the food doesn't get cold waiting for a dasher, and then they max out the period before the worry-free unassign so they can serve their other customers first.

I don't know if it's just the one BK near me that has this rule or all of them that do this but I hate having my time wasted deliberately like this, I expect the order to be ready when I get there, not to be made to wait 10+ minutes when I could be delivering other orders for better pay.

I am pretty sure I got banned from a restaurant when I asked them why they were doing this. I was waiting at a small restaurant and the server said the order would be ready in a few minutes. I told the app the order was still being prepared. Several minutes later I get a notification that the order is ready. I tell the server I was just told the order is ready, he goes in back and comes out and says it will be a few more minutes. This time I'm starting to feel jerked around, since he said that before, and still no order. This time I'm thinking I'm going to be marked late arriving at the customer because of this. I ask him why he's telling DD the order is ready when he's making me wait and he tells me I can unassign if I don't like it, like we're having an argument now.

I used to pick up from that restaurant every day and I'm still upset that happened. I never got an offer from them since that interaction. I guess that server must have been the owner and he didn't like me asking about that and had me banned? It sucks because now I don't want to go there as a customer anymore either. So, do the restaurants have metrics to meet too? How am I supposed to respond in this situation?
