absolutely devastated and regret getting this camera
I'm not a person with much money to throw away so I spent weeks researching what adventure camera would best fit my budget. I put away $40 from my paycheck for a few months so I would have one for my vacation i'd be looking forward to for months. I had the most incredible encounter while snorkeling where a pod of dolphins came up, swam around me, and jumped into the air. It was incredible and I spent this moment scrambling to start the camera which was freezing and glitching. Finally I get it going only to come home and find out the file is corrupted. I'm trying to upload it to my laptop so I can attempt to get it back with their video recovery software but I can't because the god damn thing keeps freezing, pressing buttons im not pressing, and not letting me hit anything on the screen. pretty sure best buy isnt going to let my return it because im an idiot and didnt keep the original packaging. if you're deciding what camera to get, I would say any camera but this one
