Losing weight but I’m trying to maintain and gain weight.
HI I am a 112lb, 6’0”, 19-year-old male who was 125lbs at the beginning of the year. I had extreme constipation issues in March due to stress, which caused me to drop about 5lbs, and in April, I lost about another 5lbs due to food poisoning. Ever since then, my weight fluctuates between 110-115lbs.
My question is how can I maintain my weight at 115 without having it fluctuate, and what type of foods, methods, and mindsets will help me gain weight? Should I exercise and work out to build muscle because I’m not very active? Should I drink more water? Increase my protein or calorie intake?
I have always struggled gaining weight all of my life and I was hoping this subreddit would help provide me with some tips because I understand others may have the same issues 😊
