Garmin Device Exchange fenix 6s pro to buy a fenix 8

Did anyone try the Garmin Exchange program for watches? How does it work. My serial number is not recognized by their web page: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/exchange/

  1. On ebay i can sell the 6s Pro for ~ $200.
  2. Is the Garmin Exchange even worth it? Do i need to go to a physical shop?

How to navigate the villages

I'm attending DefCon for the first time this year.
There are so many cool villages, more cool villages than days of the conference. How would you navigate the villages if you'd be there for the first time. do i need to bring my laptop, a buddy ?
