Everyone talks about AI replacing jobs. I think the bigger opportunity is AI replacing mental overload.

I genuinely think most “productivity” apps are broken.

They give you:

  • tasks
  • notes
  • calendars
  • reminders

…but none of them actually understand your life.

So I started building an AI-powered second brain that:

  • captures random thoughts instantly
  • connects ideas automatically
  • remembers context for you
  • helps you think instead of just storing notes

Imagine if Notion + ChatGPT + your memory had a baby.

Still early, but seeing it slowly become real is addictive.

Would you use something like this?

What’s the ONE thing current productivity apps completely fail at?

I want an honest feedback about my website - LifeFlow

What’s different (for us)

  • Brainstorm → Gives you multiple perspectives over your idea and a ready to perform initial path to work on your idea
  • Ask AI → productivity-focused assistant which generates perfect daily tasks for your condition and adds them to your todo list
  • Productivity score → derived from your dated todos, streak, and usage patterns (not vanity metrics only).

Who it’s for
People who bounce between too many tools and want one calm place to plan the day and reflect.

What I want from you

  • Would you use this daily or bounce back to Notion/Obsidian/Todoist?
  • What’s missing on mobile/tablet (we’ve been tightening layouts)?
  • Any feature that feels gimmicky vs. useful?

useLifeFlow

What it is
LifeFlow is a web app for capturing ideas, planning work, and staying consistent—notes, todos, calendar, and a heatmap so you can see activity over time. There’s also missions for bigger goals, a focus timer, and workspace invites if you collaborate.

What’s different (for us)

  • Brainstorm → structured clarifying questions and perspectives instead of a blank page.
  • Ask AI → productivity-focused assistant tied into how you actually use the app.
  • Productivity score → derived from your dated todos, streak, and usage patterns (not vanity metrics only).

Who it’s for
People who bounce between too many tools and want one calm place to plan the day and reflect.

What I want from you guys

  • Would you use this daily or bounce back to Notion/Obsidian/Todoist?
