ELI5- Epoxy finish had small holes - why is that?

Basically had a tiler/grouting person come in yesterday to replace fading cement grout with epoxy. Looked beautiful and perfect upon completion, but when we woke up today and looked at the shower again, there’s these 2-3 small holes/gaps on the grout on different tile sections. Told tradie to come back to fix, but instead was told call out fee will be charged for them to attend repair. Tradie denied unlikely adhesion issues and asked if we had kids in the house and if we touched it during curing. We have no kids and sure as hell didn’t bloody touch it - why would we be causing any issues to begin with when we just wanna be able to use our shower recess again 😒
We know it’s not a big issue as we know it’s small holes but honestly wished it was a clean and smooth job.
Can someone explain why this could have occurred at all?

Long time lurker first time poster.
We’re looking for a fencer to either repair or replace our boundary fence. We’re blessed with lovely neighbours that are happy with either fixing or replacing! Any recommendations for fencers/carpenters that could do this?
Happy to pay the extra dough for someone that will do a proper job on this one as we want to ensure neighbours happy with the work too. TIA!

Hi everyone, long time lurker first time poster.

Our ground floor bathroom shower recess grouting has started to chip off. See photos.

Does anyone have any good experience with any tiler/tiling contractors, or recommendations of anyone that does fantastic grout/tiler service in Melbourne?

We’ve heard of grout guys, megasealed etc but not sure based off reviews. Any feedback on their works?

Don’t mind paying the extra dough for quality workmanship and we prefer a tiling contractor that would quote up, we don’t want someone telling us what they’ll do then providing services and asking cash in hand - TIA!
