INART Action 1/12 Superman BVS Headsculpt Prototype and Final

I just came across a photo of Inart action early 1/12 (the one with blue ish lighting: this is their 1/12 Head) BvS Superman prototype, and compared to their latest version, which is most likely the final version, the difference is honestly quite significant.

I understand that some people may agree while others may not, and that’s completely fine. But I hope Inart’s management can take this feedback into consideration. And im not some kind of being rude, im just a customer who want to give some opinion and feedback,

TBH . im not agree with statement: "its 1/12, what do you expect? You expect it to be more like 1/6? Go get 1/6 then!!" nah bruv, this is the proof..this prototype itself is a proof that inart can make the better headsculpt than the final version

Personally, I think the likeness to Henry Cavill was actually much better on the earlier prototype than on the latest version (even the prototype itself is still not perfect by some customer feedback, but for me its nearly perfect enough and can be improve)

With the release still some time away, probably toward the end of the year, I really hope Inart can consider improving the Superman head sculpt, or at least bring back some of the likeness from the earlier prototype, if not make it even better before the final release.

When comparing the two versions side by side, there are some very noticeable differences, especially in the jawline, the eyes (cavill has kinda have rounded eyes, not squinted eyes), the eyebrows, the neck length, and the overall body proportions. The head sculpt in the latest version just looks off. The eyebrows sit too low, the eyes are too squinted, and the head also looks too large for the body.

Honestly, Inart already had what looked like a nearly perfect 1/12 Cavill head sculpt in the early prototype, so I have no idea why they decided to replace it with the current version. They can do it on previous Batman TDKR bale, so why they cant do it the same way..

There’s still time to make improvements, and I really hope Inart listens to the feedback from their customers and addresses these issues before the final release.

INART CATWOMAN 1/12 arm

PS: SORRY FOR THE WRONG TITLE ..NOT CATWOMAN, I MEAN WONDERWOMAN HAHAHAHA

The only thing that become the issue IMO for WW is the arm, I think inart have to fix this or make it smaller..the arm articulation for wonder woman is too big and give it a look like she wearing a skin armor, at least they should make it like 1/12 trinity...they can make it more smaller and seamless.

INART vs LPZZ Superman Henry Cavill

Let’s talk about this. Both figures look great, but they clearly have pros and cons

INART

So far, I think INART has the better Cavill likeness in 1/12, especially around the overall facial structure, jawline, and hair. That said, I still think the head sculpt could be pushed further to really nail Cavill. The bigger issue for me is the body. The proportions look slightly off compared to the LPZZ. The neck looks too short and thick, which makes the head sit a little too low, while the head and hands also look slightly oversized relative to the body. The overall silhouette feels a bit stockier and less natural.

LPZZ

LPZZ has noticeably better body proportions IMO. The torso, shoulders, arms, and legs look more naturally proportioned, and the articulation cuts are also much better integrated into the sculpt. The neck in particular looks more convincing to me and captures Cavill’s thicker neck and overall Snyderverse physique better. The body just has a more natural silhouette overall.

But the head sculpt is where LPZZ really falls behind. Even with the narrowed/squinted eyes, I honestly struggle to see Cavill in it. The general facial structure doesn't quite capture his features, especially the brow, cheekbones, jaw, and mouth area. If anything, I get a weird mix of Bill Hader and Tyler Hoechlin rather than Henry Cavill.

So for me, it's basically INART has the more convincing face, while LPZZ has the more convincing body. And that's what makes this comparison interesting, because neither one completely nails the whole Cavill likeness.

LPZZ The Batman

Any new updates on LPZZ’s The Batman? It feels like there haven’t been any updates since they announced the pre-order a few weeks ago. Like, is there any in-hand photos yet, or any updates on when they’re shipping, or anything else they can share with customers?

LPZZ BVS

Does LPZZ / UPF will ever release a Superman from Batman v Superman as well? Or maybe a Justice League version? Considering LPZZ / UPF will release their BvS Batman, I’d really love to see them complete the pairing with Superman too.

Inart 2nd articulation showcase (english version)

Beautiful figure with kinda limited articulation, especially around the neck and ab crunch.

The previous Batman TDKR had much better neck articulation, and even the LPZZ has a wider range of motion around the neck. The limited ab crunch is something I can tolerate, though.

The articulation is using same engineering as TDKR batman..

I do notice that the chestplate is not using a magnet, so when you open up the chest there is big hole in that chest (IMO, tdkr magnet gimmick on chestplate is a good one, it giving a premium vibe and its simplify when we want to open up the chest plate)

Tbh, I’m kinda disappointed. I’ve been waiting for this figure for years, and I don’t know why, but the showcase piece looks different from the promotional pictures. And yeah, I actually asked during the live whether this was the final product or if there would still be any enhancements before shipping. They said this is the final version.

The person hosting the live always says that you can ask as many questions as you want, but whenever viewers ask something important, they seemingly avoid answering and just keep asking, “Any other questions?”

That’s not how you sell a product. 🫠

Also, the gritted-teeth angry expression isn’t really a thing too..i mean okay you got a sell point from that since lpzz does not include that head.

The lpzz has more brighter color than inart and it can be toned down with black wash later..

Since I preordered both the LPZZ and InArt versions of Batinson, if I had to choose only one, I’d go with LPZZ.

INART The Batman articulation test

I've found this video from FB (i believe it was from their live for chinese audience, they're using the final product, but CMIIW if they're still using a prototype) for articulation test.

And i think the articulation will be same as previous TDKR batman (which is still good).since LPZZ releasing the same batinson, this articulation factor will be affecting this figure..

Both brand has some good articulation, however IMO, lpzz got better and wider range of articulation.

Lemme know what you guys think
