Are there any tells that this bag is fake?

These pics are from a FB marketplace listing. I asked for a pic of the creed and she said “It’s a dupe, is that ok?”

I was suspicious with no creed pic but it looks so real to me. The lettering, the stitching, and the strap thickness all match the actual Chelsea to me.
