Besides the Jezzera incident, does anyone know of any major incidents that happened in the capital during 1988, during the bomb of the north to the Issaq ? Anything that happened before and after the bombing.

We literally have a mosque 🕌 in Zella that faces Jerusalem. We have been Muslims before them, yet they ignore our genocide , hell the Arab league have Said Barre more weapons during our struggle for survival. They have the Palestinian flag in several Arab countries, Iran is literally throwing bombs at Israel for them, but when it comes to us it’s dead quiet. I sincerely believe they don’t see us as humans or our lives worthy, Arabs (not all but a significant percentage) are not the kindest to AFRICANS , and you know what they call us, the Abdi word (google what Abdi means slave). We made the right going with Israel, the first country to recognize us in 1960, the only nation to alert the UN in 1988 during o our genocide and the first country to recognize us again last year. Why should be blindly follow Arabs , because we share a religious belief? I don’t think that’s right .

My late mother once told me a similar story of this man. The next door neighbor’s family who walked with ours from Hargasia to Ethiopia, meet a similar faith, except the youngest girl who was fetching water with my older brother. The entire family who was a few meters under the trees, was slaughtered by an airplane. Very gruesome scene, some of my older sisters who were there, literally have PTSD and refuse to even visit SL. While we dance and be joyful this May 18th please remember those who gave their lives for us.
