Just curious on others thoughts on all the new playing opportunities I keep seeing pop up. For reference, I live in Raleigh, NC and every 2 weeks I see a new league or scramble format that is offering membership fees.
I started playing Mahj last year and have since taught a group of neighbors. We play weekly at my house…usually there’s a four to 12 players who join in. I don’t charge anything and never would.
I’ve tried out a local scramble but it felt kinda cliquey so I only played two times.
Of the new leagues I’ve seen, some are free and some you pay to play.
Instead of playing as an individual, I think it might be more fun to compete as a team of four.
Now I’m just rambling and curious if others feel the same?

New salt water tank here… and new to fish in general. Have a 32.5 fluval tank. Went through the cycle and have introduced some snails and a clown fish to the tank. So far so good!

But there IS some old food sitting in some rock and in the sand. Not a lot… but should I worry about vacuuming that out of there or not worry about it? And if I do need to vacuum it, I will take suggestions on what vacuum to buy. There are some tight spaces to pull it from.
